Avocados were a millennial favorite and now we all eat them. Who knew Brussels sprouts were such an essential? Now mushrooms are showing up on menus everywhere, even in coffee. Could this mushroom motif trend become a home decor trend, too? Elle just called them design’s hottest trend and they were all over High Point, too!

This trend may even still be in the fad category right now. It first appeared a few years ago with “fumed” oak flooring and then the matte black trend. Now it is appearing in accessories. I look forward to how this plays out in the upcoming year.
