CUSTOM INTERIOR DESIGN
& TURN KEY INSTALLATIONS
- Concept development, space planning, and drafting of floor plans.
- Design, selection, and ordering of components (furniture, window treatments, wall finishes, flooring and carpets, millwork and cabinetry, lighting, and accessories).
- Full service project management and coordination,from concept through installation and finishing touches.
- Fee structure:hourly charges based on complexity and scope of work.
REMODEL & NEW CONSTRUCTION
DESIGN SERVICES
- Consultations with contractor, architect, kitchen and bath designers.
- Selection of all materials and specifications for the renovation or construction of a home. This may include kitchen and bath fixtures, appliances, cabinetry, flooring, tile, hardware, lighting, etc.
- Liaison between the homeowner and contractor, architect, and kitchen and bath designers to maintain coordination, flow, and schedule.
- Fee structure: hourly charges based on complexity and scope of work.
HOURLY SERVICES
- Floor plan development and furniture placement.
- Color selection
- Room completion, including any additional window treatments, furniture, lighting, accessories, area rugs, etc.
- Fee structure: hourly, with a specified minimum.
FIXED RATE PACKAGES
- Materials selection for kitchen design
- Materials selection for bathroom design
- Materials selection for powder room design
- Furniture/floor plans
- Color palette development
- Fee structure: established fixed rate.
